    Cancellation Policy

    At Sarando, we take pride in handling and preparing your orders as quickly as possible to ensure short delivery times. Since our automated processing system begins preparing your package almost immediately after purchase, we have a strict deadline for changes or cancellations.

    • The 4-hour rule: You can request a full cancellation or change of your order free of charge within exactly 4 hours from the time of your purchase.
    • Processing after 4 hours: Once this 4-hour window has passed, your order is permanently locked in our logistics system, sent to our distribution centers, and can no longer be updated, changed, or canceled.
    • How to submit a request: To request an urgent cancellation within the valid time frame, you must immediately contact our customer service via email. Provide your order number and write “URGENT CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
    • Refund processing: Approved cancellations within the 4-hour window are processed immediately, and a full refund is automatically issued to your original payment method.
    • After delivery: If you missed the 4-hour cancellation window, you are welcome to return the package for a refund or exchange upon arrival at your destination, in accordance with our standard return and refund policy.
