Broken glass or dented lampshades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will arrange a new replacement of glass or shades at no extra cost. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are at your expense. After confirmation from us, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
